Street photography is caught in a dilemma: while some openly share their private lives on the web, others share fears of Big Data, the surveillance state, and the loss of their own interpretive sovereignty. What does this balancing act mean for an art form that makes our present tangible for future generations? Augsburg-based photo artist Fabian Schreyer explores this question in his series "in limbo". This reflects the state of limbo in which contemporary street photography takes place in many places.
