Looking at the dynamic chalk drawings of chimpanzee Coco, the gestural Coco portraits by Augsburg artist Anja Güthoff and their joint self-forgetful doodling game on glass is not only aesthetically moving. On display are captured moments of a trusting encounter, created at Augsburg Zoo. Astonishing results of an unagitated but highly concentrated collaboration that has grown carefully over a good 20 years.
